Seldom open to the public, Tythrop Park’s 10 acres of gardens surround a Grade 1 listed manor house (not open). In recent years the grounds have undergone major changes and now blend traditional styles with more contemporary planting. Features include a pool garden with grass rich borders and a striking white and green theme, a beautifully intricate Parterre, deep mixed herbaceous borders, a walled garden, a kitchen/cut flower garden with a large glasshouse at its centre, wildflower meadows, a woodland walk and many old trees and shrubs. The tour will be led by Head Gardener, Phil Kusmishko.
Tea, coffee and cake.
